Missive is looking for an ambitious account director with extensive experience in the B2B technology sector.

This role is for someone who thrives on building great relationships with clients and delivering high-quality work that makes an impact on the performance of a business.

You’ll work across a portfolio of B2B technology clients, including AI, telco fintech and Saa S businesses, helping them reach potential customers, investors, opinion formers, future talent and the media.

You’ll play a key role in creative campaign development and execution and business development.

  • Project managing the activity of the account teams to deliver high-quality work and results.
  • Leading by example when it comes to media relations, bringing with you a strong black book.
  • Acting as a senior client contact, offering strategic advice and counsel which help encourage organic growth.
  • Expanding the boundaries of comms and digital activity and innovating our approach to PR.
  • Proactively identifying and leading new business opportunities, having a demonstrable impact on agency growth.
  • Developing creative, award-worthy integrated PR plans and campaigns, delivered within scope and to budget.
  • Maintaining commercial awareness through resource and financial management.
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of a business.
  • Acting as a senior leader, positively contributing to the wider culture through role modelling.
  • Line managing and developing others to improve their skills and help reach their potential.

While the role is office‑based in London, we currently support hybrid working, with staff spending at least two days a week in the office.

There will also be occasional evening events, journalist meetings and client entertainment.
