Overview
The Specialist, Digital Acceptance Solutions will join the European Core Product team, which is responsible for advancing Mastercard’s acceptance solutions across the Europe region.
The team works with merchants, PSPs, and channel partners across the payments ecosystem by delivering state-of-the-art acceptance solutions.
We are a highly cross-functional team focused on expanding Mastercard’s footprint in the acceptance solutions space and delivering best-in‑class payment experiences for our customers.
The Specialist, Digital Acceptance Solutions will play an important role in supporting the evolution and execution of our acceptance product strategy, including scaling solutions such as Tokenization and Click to Pay, in line with our vision to become 100% digital by 2030.
The role requires strong coordination across regional and global product teams, the sales organization, including Digital Partnerships, as well as merchants, PSPs, and channel partners to ensure effective execution of strategy and revenue growth.

- Role
- Help monitor, review, and report on key partner performance, and contribute to addressing underperformance in collaboration with commercialization, global product, and partner account teams.
- Support to create and track the opportunity pipeline at product and solution level.
- Assist with partner meeting preparation and presentation development, including tailored materials for key client engagements.
- Support the development of solution proposals and designs for acceptance solutions partners, including merchants, PSPs, and channel partners.
- Contribute with GTM strategy workstreams, including discovery and solution development workshops with customers, and help design best‑in‑class consumer experiences in collaboration with Product teams.
- Support operational and strategic initiatives within acceptance solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on activities such as performance analysis, optimization, and the development of key materials (for example, benefits guides and product matrices) as needed.
- Track performance against defined team KPIs and assist with reporting on progress and outcomes.
- Work with regional and global acceptance product and partnership teams to support the review and execution of regional priorities.
- Build a strong understanding of product features to help identify and implement solutions in partnership with the Europe Product Management team.
- Support and coordinate the creation of partner case studies, monitor performance, and help quantify opportunities across priority partner areas.

- Fluency in English is required; an additional European language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
