Mission is on a path to becoming the world’s leading performance hot drinks company, with a range of day and night superblend powders. We’ve built a strong reputation in the sports world, with our natural, high-performance drinks used by the England rugby, football, and cricket teams, as well as hundreds of professional athletes. With almost 10,000 online subscriptions, we’re well and truly on a fast track to becoming a household name. This is a career-defining opportunity.
With secured funding from several athletes and a select group of experienced FMCG angels, we’re now accelerating our growth further and are looking for a hungry, driven, best-in-class Social Videographer & Editor to help shape our Paid Social. Working closely with our Head of DTC and Founder, you are someone who lives and breathes social creative. You don’t need to have years and years of experience - we’re looking for someone who is smart, scrappy and willing to move fast.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Paid Social Content (Meta-first)
- Create performance-led, social-first video content for Meta
- Produce content designed to convert: hooks, problem/solution formats, demos, testimonials, comparisons, UGC-style, founder-led content
- Deliver multiple creative variations (hooks, cutdowns, CTAs, formats) to enable rapid testing and iteration
- Turn briefs into simple scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
- Film content in a variety of environments (studio, office, on-location)
- Edit efficiently and to a high standard (captions, pacing, sound, light motion/graphics where needed)
- Collaborate with Head of D2C and Founder to maintain a strong creative pipeline
- Track creative performance: what’s been shipped, what’s working, what isn’t
- Use insights to iterate quickly and scale winning concepts
- Support briefing of UGC creators to scale content production, which you will edit.
- Maintain an organised, reusable content library for remixing and iteration
- As we scale, an opportunity to build our organic social channels, including longer form content on YouTube (although this will not be the initial focus)
- Hands-on, fast-moving video editor and creator with strong ownership mentality
- Deep understanding of social platforms, native formats, and trends. Particularly FB/IG/TikTok formats
- Comfortable shooting high-quality content on mobile (strong grasp of lighting and audio fundamentals). Ideal if you also have your own kit
- Strong understanding of creative strategy - what makes social content engaging and commercially effective
- Data-aware and performance-curious - you care about what converts, not just what looks good
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience using AI tools for content production (Sora, Higglefield, Midjourney)
- Proactive and ideas-driven - you don’t wait for direction, you bring it
- Content production, videography experience (brand, agency, freelance, or creator background)
- Experience creating paid social creative - any organic social exposure is nice to have
- Portfolio of short-form content (Reels, TikToks, paid social ads)
- Ability to create content end-to-end (not purely conceptual or oversight)
- High attention to detail across editing, pacing, sound, and clarity
- Based within commuting distance of London, 4 days a week in Vauxhall office
- Background in D2C, FMCG, or high-growth consumer brands
- Experience working with creators / UGC platforms
- Not necessarily years of experience - a willingness to learn and iterate fast
- A key role within a high-growth, consumer-focused business
- Significant ownership and high creative output (strong portfolio development)
- Ability to work on projects with Tier 1 athletes and sports teams
- Direct impact on growth, with clear visibility of performance results
- A collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial team environment
- Chance to work on other areas of the business in future - growing organic social, YouTube etc.
- Competitive salary depending on experience (£32-42k)
- Unlimited performance hot drinks, regular team socials and wellness budget
