Our Global Commercial Payments team is seeking strategic, consultative professionals who are passionate about building client relationships, driving growth, and delivering innovative payment solutions.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with commercial acumen, resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.

The Role

  • Support the growth and development of Mastercard’s strategic relationship with Citi’s Global Commercial Card business.
  • Assist in the execution of account plans and commercial strategies designed to grow, diversify, and strengthen the partnership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Mastercard and Citi.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and support the development of business cases and commercial proposals.
  • Interface with key cross‑functional partners such as Product, Risk, Finance, Legal, Franchise, AML, and other internal stakeholders to support client initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor account performance, support governance activities, and help track progress against key objectives.
  • Support customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions, helping to drive action and follow‑through.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the commercial payments landscape, Mastercard’s capabilities, and Citi’s business priorities.

  • Results‑oriented and able to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity and changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Based in London, with flexibility to travel as required.
