Our solutions are built on scalable digital payment technologies, delivered through products such as Click to Pay, Secure Card‑on‑File Tokenization, and Token Authentication Service.
The Senior Specialist, Card on File Tokenization will join the Mastercard Checkout Services team and drive the expansion of tokenization across merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and issuers.
This role will focus on token performance, working cross‑functionally to lead key initiatives to strengthen one of the key value propositions of e‑commerce tokenization.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new functionality to promote token performance.
- Participate in the development and execution of secure card on file tokenization epics.
- Proactively analyze data and bring new ideas to the team.
- Engage directly with merchants, PSPs, and acquirers to understand functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring product‑market fit.
- Collaborate with regional and customer‑facing teams to accelerate adoption and growth of card‑on‑file tokenization globally.
- Forge partnerships with customers, client‑facing teams, internal development teams, and various teams at Mastercard to introduce enhancements that solidify the e‑commerce strategy.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Detect and address customer challenges, devising strategies to facilitate customer adoption and effective utilization of our product suite.
- Lead by example with hands‑on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices.

- Proven experience in product management within payments, fintech, or e‑commerce ecosystems.
- Understanding of digital payments, tokenization, and/or authentication technologies.
