MISSION is on a path to becoming the world’s leading performance tea company, with a range of hot + cold brew tea bags and powders. We’ve built a strong reputation in the sports world, with our natural, high-performance teas used by the England rugby, football, and cricket teams, as well as hundreds of professional athletes. With almost 10,000 online subscriptions, listings in Holland & Barrett, Ocado and a major supermarket launching this January, we’re well and truly on a fast track to becoming a household name. This is a career-defining opportunity.

With secured funding from several athletes and a select group of experienced FMCG angels, we’re now accelerating our growth further and are looking for a hungry, driven, best-in-class Junior Graphic Designer to help shape how Mission looks, feels, and shows up across every touchpoint. Working closely with our Head of DTC, Creative Director and Founder, you are someone who lives and breathes creative. You’re ambitious, creatively curious, detail-oriented, and excited to work inside a fast-moving brand. Initial ask will be 1-2 days / week starting January 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality creative assets across digital channels, including email campaigns, social media content, website assets, and wider digital needs.
  • Prepare and adapt assets for print and retail, including brand booklets, inserts, retail POS, in-store assets, event materials, and packaging support.
  • Work closely with our Creative Director to support art direction, concept development, and the evolution of Mission’s visual identity.
  • Be willing to support the wider brand team where needed, including creative strategy, messaging development, and copywriting.
  • Assist in bringing creative ideas to life from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Take feedback positively, iterate quickly, and continuously improve creative quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Help maintain organised design files and systems to ensure smooth collaboration across the wider team.

  • A good eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects.
  • Experience working for an FMCG e-commerce brand, health & wellness or food & drink is a bonus!
  • Passion for health, fitness, or wellness (you don’t need to be an athlete, but you get the world).
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Open to feedback and excited to develop your craft.
  • Happy working from our London office.
