We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team.
In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our annual re-screening program for regulated and non-regulated colleagues across Europe and Asia Pacific.
You will work closely with our 3rd party background screening vendor and internal stakeholders, including Compliance and HR Business Partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in HR administration that is looking to expand their knowledge of UK, Singapore, and Ireland regulation and HR lifecycle activity.
- Position Overview
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for annual regulatory re-screen program across the EAP region, providing timely responses to colleagues and our 3rd party background screening vendor via the HR Mailbox.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across HR and Compliance to provide timely updates and escalations related to the annual rescreening program as required.
- Maintain a master tracker of annual rescreening program, ensuring background screening, and fit and proper assessments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Creation and issuance of regulatory Certificates for the UK and Ireland via Workday.
- Ad-hoc administration related to the annual regulatory re-screen program.
- Core Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience of HR administration.
- Experience of HR background screening desirable.
- Experience of FCA regulation under the SMCR (Senior Manager's Regime) desirable.
- Proficient in systems, including Word, Excel, and Workday.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Collaborative work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
