Maintain excellent client communication. Accurately record all medical, client, and case-related information in patient records. Review medical records, estimates, or discharge instructions with clients. Follow up with clients and discuss results. Set standards of care and protocols for medical and surgical procedures. Contribute to practice growth and review financial reports. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal interactions. Collaborate with the practice manager on administrative management. Deal with clients professionally, showing sensitivity and tact. Mentor team members for career development and personal growth.
