Mission Underwriters seeks a Head of Portfolio Management to lead analytics across its growing MGA portfolio and risk capital providers. You will partner with MGA leadership, carriers and technology teams to deliver pricing insight, underwriting analytics and portfolio performance frameworks.

You will act as the technical expert on underwriting performance, support carrier discussions, and develop rating tools and KPIs to drive profitable growth.
