Mission is seeking a hands-on MGA Delivery Manager to build, launch and scale MGAs across our platform, partner network and distribution channels. You’ll work with Account Directors, underwriting, operations, digital teams and external partners to translate opportunities into live products and scalable businesses.

You’ll own delivery across initiatives, remove blockers and ensure operational readiness from concept to launch, while balancing strategic and hands-on delivery across multiple initiatives.
