About the role
We are seeking a proactive Broker Development Executive responsible for driving new broker acquisition and increasing trading engagement with existing brokers. The role focuses on outbound phone-based sales activity to identify, contact, and onboard insurance brokers across the UK, encouraging them to place business with the insurer. What you’ll do
- Proactively call targeted brokers to introduce the proposition and product.
- Qualify broker suitability and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Maintain regular follow-up contact to convert newly registered brokers into active trading partners.

Additional Information
