About The Role
We are seeking a proactive Broker Development Executive responsible for driving new broker acquisition and increasing trading engagement with existing brokers. The role focuses on outbound phone‑based sales activity to identify, contact, and onboard insurance brokers across the UK, encouraging them to place business with the insurer. This isn’t just an entry‑level position – it’s a launchpad for a career in insurance. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to evolve.
What You’ll Do
Proactively call targeted brokers to introduce the proposition and product.
Qualify broker suitability and guide them through the onboarding process.
Maintain regular follow‑up contact to convert newly registered brokers into active trading partners.
Qualifications
A-Level and above graduate (but we’re open to exceptional candidates from all backgrounds).
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Outgoing and sociable – you’ll fit right in with our friendly team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Confident, resilient, and comfortable working to activity and conversion targets.

Additional Information
This is a remote position. Planned, in‑office activities may be required on occasion (typically 6-10x per year).
