Our MGAs do the underwriting and distribution, we handle everything else. With 29 successful MGAs across 80+ product lines and A- rated capacity, no one comes close to what we do.

The Marketing Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of marketing activity across the Mission UK & EU portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and Brand & Events Manager, this role acts as a central point of coordination for Mission and MGA marketing activity, ensuring plans are clearly defined, well managed, and delivered at pace.

The role supports 10 brands initially, scaling to 16+ brands in 2026, and is responsible for day-to-day marketing coordination, project management, and stakeholder communication. This includes managing activity plans, organising meetings, tracking actions, overseeing resource allocation, and ensuring accountability across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.

This is a highly organised, delivery-focused role, well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex workloads.

Key Responsibilities
  • MGA Account Management
    • Act as a day-to-day marketing contact for MGAs, supporting regular communication and engagement.
    • Schedule and manage marketing meetings with MGA teams, including agenda preparation, action capture, and follow-ups.
    • Maintain clear records of MGA marketing activity, priorities, and requests.
    • Support MGAs with day-to-day marketing queries and coordination, escalating where appropriate.
  • Marketing Planning, Delivery & Budget Tracking
    • Own and manage MGA marketing activity plans, ensuring they are current, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives.
    • Track delivery of marketing projects and activity across the portfolio, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Hold internal teams, agencies, and freelancers accountable for agreed deliverables, flagging risks or delays early.
    • Maintain and update MGA-level marketing budget trackers, ensuring spend is accurately recorded and aligned to agreed plans.
    • Flag budget risks, overspend, or scope changes to the Marketing Director and Head of Digital Marketing.
    • Work collaboratively with the Brand & Events Manager to coordinate activity where brand, campaigns, or events intersect with MGA plans.
  • Resource & Capacity Management
    • Support oversight of marketing resource allocation across MGAs, ensuring activity plans are realistic and deliverable.
    • Manage expectations with MGA stakeholders around timelines, priorities, and scope.
    • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, Brand & Events Manager, agencies, and freelancers to understand capacity and plan workloads.
    • Identify resourcing constraints early and recommend solutions, re-prioritisation, or phased delivery.
  • Project & Process Management
    • Manage workflows across multiple MGAs, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
    • Track timelines, actions, dependencies, and budget status using agreed project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
    • Coordinate workstreams with freelancers supporting marketing and digital delivery.
    • Support the continuous improvement of marketing processes, templates, and ways of working.
  • Internal, Freelancer & Stakeholder Management
    • Build strong working relationships with MGA founders, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Act as a key liaison between the marketing team and agencies, freelancers, and suppliers.
    • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all parties to maintain momentum and delivery focus.
  • Marketing Administration & Reporting
    • Own core marketing administration tasks, including: Meeting organisation and follow-ups, Contact reports and status updates, Delivery trackers and action logs, Marketing budget tracking and reporting.
    • Support reporting on marketing outputs, performance metrics, spend, and delivery across the MGA portfolio.
    • Analytics reporting as required.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a marketing coordination, account management, or project management role.
  • Agency experience preferred, particularly in a client-facing or multi-account environment.
  • CIM qualification (or working towards) preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
  • Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders with autonomy.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) desirable.

Additional Information

This is a remote position. Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2-4x per year). You must live in the UK and be authorized to work in the UK without requirement of employment sponsorship/visa.
