Mission Underwriters is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join the growing People team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across the UK and Europe. You will be the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering practical HR guidance and ensuring smooth HR operations.

You will work with the HR Manager and Global VP of People to deliver people initiatives, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and contribute to global HR projects while improving processes.
