Mission Underwriters, a UK-based MGA partner, is seeking an Account Director to shepherd its MGA portfolio from onboarding to scale. You will work with MGA CEOs and underwriters, shaping strategy and delivering initiatives to drive growth, profitability and partner confidence.
You will collaborate with Mission’s specialists in finance, digital, marketing and compliance to achieve shared goals, while maintaining strong relationships with carriers and vendors. Remote-first with UK travel as needed.
