T&E- Accounts Payable

Our client, an established global investment management firm based in London,UK, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & T&E Analyst. This individual will support day-to-day accounts payable, employee expense administration, reconciliations, and related finance operations. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely processing, accurate financial records, and adherence to established policies and controls. Prior experience with Workday and SAP Concur are preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate documentation, approvals, and expense allocations.
• Administer employee travel and expense submissions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage shared AP and T&E inboxes, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide support to internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding invoices, expenses, and payment inquiries.
• Perform corporate credit card and accounts payable reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Support payment preparation, month-end close activities, and audit requests.
• Identify and escalation exceptions involving invoice processing, expense allocations, and applicable tax treatment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of prior experience in accounts payable, expense administration, or related finance operations.
• Strong reconciliation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing shared finance inboxes and handling internal and external inquiries.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Investment management or financial services experience preferred.
• Workday and/or SAP Concur experience preferred.
