As Head of Fundraising – Philanthropy, you won’t simply be securing income — you’ll be building transformational partnerships, inspiring long-term investment and helping enable the organisation to do more of the work that matters most. Leading activity across major giving, philanthropy, high-value partnerships and strategic donor relationships, this role offers the chance to influence priorities, open new opportunities and create sustainable growth that supports long-term success. Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the philanthropy and high-value fundraising strategy
- Grow income through major gifts, strategic partnerships and philanthropic support
- Build and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and long-term relationships
- Secure and steward significant multi-year support
- Develop compelling cases for support and partnership propositions
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting
