This is an exciting new 'hands on' position created as a result of organisational growth within a thriving, £1.4m turnover charity dedicated to improving health and wellbeing across the Crewe area. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic development, strengthen operations, and maximise community impact. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the development and delivery of key projects
- Business Administration: Oversee core administrative functions, ensuring effective use of systems such as Microsoft Excel, Xero, and Zettle (PayPal).
- Impact Monitoring & Evaluation: Support the development, implementation, and management of a new CRM system to track and demonstrate impact.
- Operational Support: Provide hands-on support in the day-to-day delivery of projects and services where needed.
- Fundraising: Identify, develop, and secure funding opportunities to support long-term sustainability.
- Community Engagement: Respond proactively to community needs by designing and delivering innovative services
