We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join their growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of c.20–25 clients. In this role you’ll develop trusted partnerships with business leaders, offering day-to-day HR support through to strategic input, and everything in between. No two days are ever the same — this is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys making an impact, and wants to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day HR and ER advice across a wide variety of sectors and scenarios
- Managing complex ER cases with confidence and commercial awareness
- Supporting clients with policy development and best practice guidance
- Advising on HR strategy, project work and change initiatives
- Building long-term relationships as a trusted business partner and extension of each client’s HR function
About you:
- Strong ER expertise and sound understanding of employment law
- Ideally prior experience working within a HR Consultancy
- Proven experience in HR business partnering and stakeholder management
- The confidence to advise, challenge, and influence with credibility
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, varied environment
