This is an exciting new 'hands on' position created as a result of organisational growth within a thriving, £1.4m turnover charity dedicated to improving health and wellbeing across the Crewe area.

As Impact Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic development, strengthen operations, and maximise community impact. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible difference and help scale a fantastic, purpose-driven organisation. The role would suit someone who is strategically minded with an operational attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the development and delivery of key projects
  • Business Administration: Oversee core administrative functions, ensuring effective use of systems such as Microsoft Excel, Xero, and Zettle (PayPal).
  • Impact Monitoring & Evaluation: Support the development, implementation, and management of a new CRM system to track and demonstrate impact.
  • Operational Support: Provide hands-on support in the day-to-day delivery of projects and services where needed.
  • Fundraising: Identify, develop, and secure funding opportunities to support long-term sustainability.
  • Community Engagement: Respond proactively to community needs by designing and delivering innovative services
