We’re working with a growing, purpose-driven social enterprise that is transforming access to health and wellbeing services across Yorkshire. As part of an exciting new service launch, they are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through meaningful, values-led partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial skills with real social impact—helping improve access to vital services while contributing to a not-for-profit model where all revenue is reinvested into communities.
The Role
This is a hybrid position combining business development, partnership building, and strategic input within a fast-evolving environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships across a diverse range of sectors, helping to grow awareness, generate referrals, and convert opportunities into long-term collaborations. It is essential the candidate is able to spot opportunities to and lead on the direct selling of the service to consumers, not just developing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and drive direct consumer sales of the service
- Identify, approach, and secure new partnerships across:
- Universities and colleges
- Employers and HR/wellbeing teams
- Healthcare referrers and community organisations
About You
We’re looking for someone who is both commercially minded and genuinely motivated by purpose.
- Experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
- Commercial awareness with a consultative, values-led approach
- Experience in healthcare, wellbeing, education, or the not-for-profit sector
- Understanding of neurodiversity, mental health, or community services
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
