Mission Rubber UK is part of the worldwide leader Mission Rubber Group for Flexible Rubber Couplings and rubber seals for drainage. Covering the UK Market and Ireland, we are supported by our German head office to service the construction industry.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing sales within the Midlands, South Coast and Wales. The Sales Manager will focus on:
- Growing sales with the current customer base
- Targeting potential new customers
- Engaging customer groups that include Builders Merchants and Drainage Specialists
This role offers numerous opportunities for growth and experience in a marketplace where we have ample opportunities to gain market share.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively managing and developing sales through stockists and merchants associated with Mission Rubber
- Promoting sales through effective customer service and raising awareness of the Company and its products throughout the sales territory
- Advising stockists and new customers on product displays and positioning
- Ensuring all customer requirements are followed up, maximising sales while adhering to dispatch and administration procedures
- Maintaining up-to-date industrial and commercial knowledge of competitors, products and prices
- Working directly with the Directors to target potential merchant groups, OEM customers and independent customers
- Collaborating with our internal sales team to assist in generating and securing further sales
