What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check‑ups, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home. Your day‑to‑day may include:
- Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
- Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
- Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
- CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organizational and time‑management abilities
- A collaborative, solutions‑focused, “can‑do” attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

The expected compensation range for this position is $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
