About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Property Consultant to join a fast-paced asset management and property sales environment. You will manage and progress a portfolio of properties on behalf of corporate clients across the UK, ensuring a high level of service at every stage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within property, with full training and ongoing development provided.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of properties in line with client service level agreements
- Acting as a key point of contact for corporate clients
- Liaising with third parties including solicitors, surveyors, and estate agents
- Reviewing reports and recommending solutions to progress property sales
- Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and case updates
- Maintaining accurate, real-time updates across internal systems
- Ensuring all documentation and audit trails are completed to a high standard
