Mission is on its way with a new opportunity for an experienced Business Micros Window Order Inputter to join a busy manufacturing business in the DN11 area.
Paying £30,000–£35,000 depending on your experience with Business Micros, this is a great opportunity for someone who knows the software and can hit the ground running.
The Role You'll be responsible for entering and processing window and door orders, making sure every specification is accurate before it moves through to production. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve queries, update orders and keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing Inputting window and door orders into Business Micros.
Entering product specifications, including sizes, frame colours, glazing, opening styles and hardware.
Checking order details, technical drawings and specifications for accuracy.
Identifying missing information or discrepancies and resolving these before orders are submitted.
Updating orders when changes are requested.
Liaising with customers and colleagues to clarify requirements.
Making sure orders are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Supporting a smooth handover from order processing through to manufacturing.
What We're Looking For Previous experience using Business Micros software is essential.
Experience in window and door order processing.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
The ability to understand window and door specifications and technical drawings.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Confidence managing multiple orders and working to deadlines.
Someone reliable who can work independently and as part of a team.
