We're working with a well-established manufacturing business in Cleckheaton that is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of quality processes, maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement across the business.

The Role As Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards, while working closely with production, engineering and senior management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001.
Leading internal audits and supporting external customer and certification audits.
Investigating customer complaints, non-conformances and quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve processes and maintain product quality.
Working closely with production teams to identify issues and prevent them from happening again.
Monitoring quality performance, analysing trends and reporting on key quality metrics.
Managing supplier quality and working with customers to resolve technical issues.
Maintaining accurate quality documentation, procedures and compliance records.
Supporting and developing a strong quality culture throughout the business.
About You We're looking for someone who can take ownership, get involved on the shop floor and work confidently with people at all levels.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous experience in a Quality Manager or similar quality-focused role within manufacturing.
A strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
Experience with internal audits, non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
A practical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
