to join a well-established manufacturing business based in
Stokesley . This is an excellent opportunity for a
multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
with a strong balance of
mechanical and electrical experience
to join a busy production environment. IWS experience is highly desirable , and candidates with proven IWS experience can earn
up to £60,000 . With significant changes coming into place from
January 2027 , this is an exciting time to join the business, with opportunities to be involved in new ways of working and continued development across the engineering function. Shift Pattern & Salary £53,464 basic salary + 5% Up to £60,000 for candidates with IWS experience Mixture of

Stokesley 2 positions available The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs across the production facility. Diagnosing and resolving
mechanical and electrical faults
on production and manufacturing equipment. Supporting the reliability and availability of machinery to minimise downtime. Working closely with production teams to identify recurring issues and improve equipment performance. Completing maintenance work safely and efficiently while maintaining high engineering standards. Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site. Working across both electrical and mechanical disciplines as part of a multi-skilled engineering team. What We're Looking For
We are looking for engineers with a strong
multi-skilled maintenance background , ideally gained within a
manufacturing or production environment . You should have: Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills. Previous experience as a
Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Engineering Technician or similar . Experience maintaining production machinery, manufacturing equipment or automated systems. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability. Experience working within a fast-paced production environment. IWS experience is highly desirable . A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement. Relevant engineering qualifications or apprenticeship background.
