Are you passionate about shaping sustainable environments and managing flood risk on real-world developments? We’re working with a growing consultancy in South Yorkshire looking for a skilled Flood Risk Consultant to join their expanding team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing Flood Risk Assessments and technical reports
- Delivering hydrological & hydraulic modelling (HECRAS, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller)
- Supporting projects across residential, commercial & infrastructure developments
- Liaising with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Contributing to project delivery from concept through to completion
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in flood risk, hydrology or hydraulic modelling
- Strong understanding of industry tools (ReFH2, FEH, WINFAP, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Working towards (or keen to achieve) professional chartership
