No previous experience is necessary but you must be a confident communicator, willing to learn.
A Day in the Life
- Morning Kick-Off: Review your property caseload and prioritise tasks in line with client service level agreements.
- Client Conversations: Liaise with corporate clients, providing updates and maintaining transparency in every interaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with external parties such as solicitors, surveyors, and agents to gather information and documentation required to progress properties.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze third-party reports, recommend solutions based on evidence, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Fast-Paced Communication: Respond promptly to emails, calls, and updates, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- System Updates: Keep systems updated in real time, maintaining accurate records, logging communications, and ensuring audit trails are maintained to the highest standard.
By the end of the day, you’ll have helped progress multiple properties, strengthened client relationships, and contributed to the success of the team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
