The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards
- Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:

- Ideally has experience within food production (desirable but not essential)

- Is reliable and able to commit to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
