About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our clients award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and can manage multiple priorities with precision. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across departments, supporting staff, and driving efficiency. While your core hours will be Monday to Friday, flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends during peak season is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan & Manage Workloads: Oversee hundreds of tasks during peak season, ensuring everything is captured, delegated, and completed on time.
  • Staff Leadership: Coordinate rotas, handle holiday requests, deliver daily briefings, and support recruitment and training.
  • Project & Process Management: Create training manuals, user guides, and operational plans using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Logistics: Support photoshoot operations, including transport and equipment coordination.
  • Business Development: Get involved in projects and events during non-peak months.
