Pattern: Days | 7:00am - 7:00pm | 4 days per week We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Kent.

Previous experience within food & drink manufacturing or a manufacturing environment is essential for this position.

The Role As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Operating production machinery and equipment.

Working on fast-paced production lines.

Packing and preparing products for dispatch.

Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

Following health, safety and hygiene procedures.

Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

Previous experience within food & drink manufacturing or another manufacturing environment (essential).

A proactive approach to maintaining quality and safety standards.

A valid Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT licence.

Experience working within FMCG manufacturing.

Knowledge of quality, hygiene and food safety standards.

Candidates with leadership experience or FLT licences may also be considered for additional opportunities within the business, depending on experience and operational requirements.13.00 - £15.00 per hour.

Day shifts only (7:00am - 7:00pm).
