This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in forklift trucks, plant equipment, mechanical systems or similar machinery who is looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with excellent earning potential.

The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of customer equipment across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned servicing and reactive maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
- Attending customer sites to complete repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support
- Managing your own workload while working independently
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience within engineering, maintenance or field service
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Desirable
- Experience working on forklift trucks, plant equipment or materials handling machinery
- Electrical fault-finding experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics and industrial equipment
- Relevant engineering qualifications
