About the Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing site in Methwold. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in the production and packing of products, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and support production lines
- Pack products to required specifications
- Follow production plans to meet output targets
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency on site
About You
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
- Understanding of health and safety practices
