We are currently recruiting for a Dental Equipment Service Engineer to join a growing technical service team, responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining specialist dental equipment across customer sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled engineer who enjoys working independently, solving complex problems, and providing a high level of customer service.
The Role
As a Dental Equipment Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to complete servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on dental equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a reliable and professional service, from initial fault diagnosis through to repair completion and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on dental equipment
- Diagnose faults accurately and complete effective repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability
- Review daily schedules and plan travel accordingly
