A growing and well-established engineering business is looking to appoint a Team Leader / Contracts Engineer to support continued expansion across the food and pharmaceutical sectors. As Team Leader / Contracts Engineer, you will be responsible for managing on-site installation activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating a team of approximately 6 engineers on-site
- Planning and organising daily work schedules to meet project timelines
- Taking full ownership of Health Safety on-site, ensuring compliance at all times
