Rudy's Worcester is coming! We are looking for our next superstar management team to lead the way on our exciting opening! The Head Pizzaiolo is one of the most important roles in our Pizzerias. You'll have full ownership of the kitchen operation - quality, consistency, people, compliance, and culture. This is a senior leadership position that demands both expert Neapolitan pizza experience and confident kitchen management, in one of the UK's most respected and fastest-growing pizza brands.

Let us introduce ourselves: Founded in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's Neapolitan Pizzeria has grown to 39 sites across the UK on the strength of one core belief: that authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with the finest Italian ingredients and served by people who genuinely care, is worth doing properly. Fresh dough daily, 60-second pizzas, a culture that puts people first — that's the Rudy's way.

Your day-to-day:

  • Taking full ownership of kitchen performance, quality, and consistency
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring the kitchen team across all levels
  • Maintaining Rudy's Neapolitan pizza standards to the highest specification
  • Managing kitchen operations end-to-end: prep, service, post-service, and everything in between
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety & allergen
  • Driving efficiency through effective labour management and scheduling
  • Overseeing stock control & ordering
  • Conducting team reviews, training, and progression planning
  • Working closely with the General Manager to align kitchen and floor performance

What Rudy's needs:

  • Extensive experience as a Head Pizzaiolo or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen
  • Deep technical knowledge of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large kitchen team
  • Strong commercial awareness - labour, and waste management
  • Exceptional food safety knowledge
  • A calm, confident leader who thrives when the pressure is highest
