Rudy's Worcester is coming! We are looking for our next superstar management team to lead the way on our exciting opening! This is a big role for someone who's ready for it. As Assistant Manager at Rudy's, you'll work closely with the Senior leaders on site to drive the performance of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience through to standards. It's fast-paced, it's hands-on, and it's genuinely rewarding when you get it right.

Let us introduce ourselves: Born in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's was built on one idea: passion beats everything. Fresh dough made daily, the finest Italian ingredients, and pizzas cooked in just 60 seconds flat. We're now 39 sites across the UK and still growing - and the energy that started us hasn't gone anywhere.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the General Manager in leading a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Running shifts independently and owning the floor completely when it's yours to run
  • Building and maintaining a team culture that people actually want to be part of
  • Driving standards across service, guest experience, and compliance — every shift
  • Managing labour, scheduling, and day-to-day cost awareness
  • Identifying and developing talent within the team — spotting the next supervisor, the next manager
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and good judgement
  • Supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and training as the team grows

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Experience in a management or senior supervisory role in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership presence - you motivate people
  • Commercial awareness and comfort working with labour, budgets, and P&L basics
  • A genuine passion for great food, drink, and the guest experience
  • Resilience, energy, and a hands-on approach
  • Ambition to grow into a Deputy or General Manager - this role is a stepping stone

The Good stuff:

  • Worldwide pizza trips - Naples, New York, and wherever comes next
  • 50% discount across all Mission Mars venues - for you, friends & family
  • Up to 32% bonus per year, paid quarterly
  • Free guestlist entry to Albert Hall, Manchester
  • Complimentary food & drink after every shift
  • Real progression opportunities across a growing business
  • Industry-leading training & development programmes
  • Festa di Natale & Barbecue Estivo invitations every year
  • Birthday card & gift - we celebrate our people proper
  • Work for a 'World Class' business, as voted by Best Companies 2024
