The Junior Pizzaiolo role is the first step on one of the most exciting career paths at Rudy's. You'll learn the art of Neapolitan pizza-making from scratch – stretching dough, working the oven, and understanding what makes a Neapolitan Pizza all under the guidance of experienced Pizzaiolos who care about passing on what they know.
About Rudy's: Born in Manchester in 2015, Rudy's was built on one idea: passion beats everything. Fresh dough made daily, the finest Italian ingredients, and pizzas cooked in just 60 seconds flat. We're now 39 sites across the UK and still growing and the energy that started us hasn't gone anywhere.
What you'll be doing:
- Learning to stretch and top dough the Rudy's way
- Working the pizza oven under guidance from senior kitchen team
- Supporting prep before and during service
- Maintaining strict food hygiene and kitchen safety standards at all times
- Taking care of your workstation and the wider kitchen environment
- Developing your knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and what makes our pizza special in our Pizza Academy

- A genuine passion for food and a real hunger to learn the craft
- Some kitchen experience is a bonus – attitude and drive matter more than CV
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under the pressure of a busy service
