  • Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
  • Implementing effective stock control procedures to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
  • Conducting regular stock audits and investigating any discrepancies.
  • Working closely with the management team to forecast stock requirements and identify trends.
  • Monitoring product quality and shelf life, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Building strong supplier relationships and helping to optimise purchasing and stock processes.
  • Supporting operational teams to ensure stock is available when needed across all departments.

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar stock management role within hospitality, preferably in a high-volume bar, restaurant or late-night venue.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Experience using stock management systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Rewards for your hard work:

  • Salary of up to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience).

  • 50% discount at all Mission Mars venues for you and your friends.
  • Workplace pension scheme.
  • Industry-leading development opportunities through the Mission Mars Hospitality Management Academy.
  • Invitations to company events including our Annual Christmas Party & Awards, Summer BBQ and Managers Conference.
  • 24/7 access to confidential mental health and wellbeing support.
