The role
As Sous Chef, you'll work alongside the Head Chef to lead one of Manchester's most dynamic kitchen teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently exceptional food while helping to develop, coach and inspire the chefs around you. Whether you’re leading a busy service, supporting stock and labour controls, or mentoring the next generation of chefs, you’ll play a key role in the success of the kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on standards, culture and team development.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fresh-food environment
- Leads with energy, positivity and professionalism
- Enjoys coaching and developing others
- Thrives in busy services and remains calm under pressure
- Understands food safety, stock management and kitchen financials
- Wants to grow their career within a progressive hospitality business
