Sales Executive - Albert's Schloss Birmingham
Salary
£13.45 per hour + Tronc + Bonus
We’re looking for someone passionate and experience in sales, to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert’s Schloss Birmingham.
We need superstars who have worked in a reservations, host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests.
- What you'll be doing
- Managing bookings through Collins - Design My Night and answering phone queries
- Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently
- Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings
- Working with the Sales & Events Manager with outreach projects
- Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert's Schloss
- Who we need
- Someone who has a love for great hospitality
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome
- Organised & computer literate
- Experience with Collins - Design My Night would be helpful but not essential
