Contract: Full Time
As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy's, you'll be working the oven, crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas centre stage in the pizzeria.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Stretching & creating pizzas to Rudy's Neapolitan standards
- Working the oven with confidence, precision, and real pride
- Maintaining station prep and delivering consistent quality throughout the shift
- Following Rudy's recipes, techniques, and meeting standards
- Upholding food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Supporting the wider kitchen team and contributing to a great shift atmosphere
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment
- A passion for Neapolitan Pizza and a genuine commitment to quality and consistency
- The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure – and enjoy doing it
- Experience as a Pizza Chef – Neapolitan preferred but not essential
- A team player who communicates well and stays calm on a busy service
