Salary: £13.95 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full time

This is the role for people who are looking to build their career in hospitality, who spot problems before they happen, who take real pride in running a great shift. As a Supervisor at Rudy's, you'll own sections of the floor, support the management team, and help create the kind of experience that our customers love. You will start with us as a Floor Server with a minimum of 6 weeks training to get signed off as a Supervisor.

Your day-to-day:

  • Running sections of the floor and supporting the management team during service
  • Leading by example - the team looks to you when things get busy
  • Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Taking on opening and closing responsibilities as needed
  • Handling guest feedback in the moment
  • Keeping standards high across service, hygiene, and presentation
  • Supporting with training and onboarding of new team members

What Rudy's Needs:

  • Experience in a similar supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality
  • A confident, calm presence on a busy floor
  • Natural communication skills and a genuine care for the guest experience
  • Someone who leads with energy and earns the team's trust
  • Awareness of basic shift management
