Mission Mars is seeking a data-driven Group CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to own performance marketing and CRM across Rudy's and Albert's Schloss. You will build and optimise CRM journeys, manage relationships with agencies, and own paid ads strategy for delivery channels to drive volume and ROI.
You will work with the Marketing & Sales Director and brand managers to ensure every digital pound is spent effectively, with GA4 data transforming into actionable decisions and recommendations.
