Salary: £34,600 per annum + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly!

Following the continued success of Albert’s Schloss, Mission Mars are growing their team again and are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our fantastic team in Manchester.

Albert’s Schloss provides World Class Food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, an outstanding range of drinks, cocktails and beers from our Bier Palace, and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!

As an Assistant Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Bar Manager and leading our bar team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every single time. You’ll be hands‑on, visible and passionate about creating an energised, high-performing team whilst making sure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

We’re looking for someone who has strong bar and management experience, thrives in a busy and fast‑paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

  • An experienced Assistant Manager or Duty Manager with strong bar and wet‑led sales experience
  • Confident leading, coaching and developing a large, energised team
