Contract: Full time (Part time available)

Overview

We are looking for a natural leader to step up and own the floor. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building a career in hospitality, anticipates problems and takes pride in running a great shift.

Responsibilities

• Run sections of the floor and support the management team during service.
• Lead by example, providing a calm presence when the floor is busy.
• Coaching and motivating floor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Take on opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Handle guest feedback in real time.
• Maintain high standards across service, hygiene and presentation.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or senior team role in hospitality.
• Calm and confident presence on a busy floor.
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for the guest experience.
• Energy to earn the team’s trust.
• Basic shift‑management awareness.
• A desire for career progression – the Supervisor role is a launch pad at Rudy’s.
