What you’ll be doing

  • As Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food, every time.
  • You’ll help drive standards, support the team, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy services.
  • From leading the pass to developing junior chefs, you’ll play a vital role in creating a motivated, high-performing team while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety are never compromised.
