Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve the digital strategy across CRM, web, and paid media.
- Lead campaign planning for priority moments such as Oktoberfest and Christmas.
- Own CRM strategy and execution using Atreemo.
- Build targeted email programmes to drive booking frequency and customer value.
- Develop guest lifecycle journeys.
- Manage paid channels with agencies (Meta, Google, PMAX) to drive traffic, bookings, and revenue.
- Build structured test-and-learn activity; optimise ROI and CPA.
- Hold agencies to commercial and reporting expectations.
- Own website performance; continuously improve conversion, UX, and SEO.
- Manage event pages, booking flows, and menu updates.
- Collaborate with operations to improve guest experience pre-visit.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track channel and campaign performance.
- Use insight to inform decisions and improve future activity.
- Communicate how digital contributes to commercial outcomes.
- Champion digital best practice across the business.
- Support development of junior team members.
- Work closely with Senior Brand Manager, Ops, and Sales.
Skills & Experience
- Must-Have
- 5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or leisure.
- Hands-on CRM experience using Atreemo.
- Proven experience with GA4 (reporting, analysis, attribution).
- Proven track record in performance marketing across Meta + Google.
- Agency management experience with commercial accountability.
- Strong data literacy (reporting, attribution, funnel analysis).
- Experience planning and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple venues.
- Preferred experience with Collins, Toggle, and Wireless Social.
