We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Stock Manager to lead all aspects of stock control across the venue. You'll oversee inventory management, coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate stock records, and implement effective stock control procedures to support operational excellence and profitability. Working closely with the management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the venue is consistently stocked and operating efficiently.

What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements.
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
- Implementing effective stock control procedures to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
- Conducting regular stock audits and investigating any discrepancies.
- Working closely with the management team to forecast stock requirements and identify trends.
- Monitoring product quality and shelf life, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Building strong supplier relationships and helping to optimise purchasing and stock processes.
- Supporting operational teams to ensure stock is available when needed across all departments.
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar stock management role within hospitality, preferably in a high-volume bar, restaurant or late-night venue.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Experience using stock management systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
